Last updated: 2026-10-26

1. Publisher and product

Publisher: GoContrôle (the "Publisher", "we", "our") operates the GoContrôle CRM software platform, available at crm.gocontrole.com.

Email: [email protected]

Main website: https://gocontrole.com

Place of establishment: Quebec, Canada

2. Service description

GoContrôle CRM is an online (SaaS) client and agenda management platform, accessed from a browser:

The service covers client data, records and agenda management only. It is business software: it includes no voice communication, no bulk messaging and no outreach service.

3. Subscription, billing cycles and pricing

3.1 One product, two cycles. A GoContrôle CRM subscription renews on one of two cycles: every 2 weeks or every month. The per-seat price is identical for both cycles: you choose the frequency, not the rate.

3.2 Price per seat per cycle.

| Currency | 1 seat | 2 seats | 3 seats |

|----------|--------|---------|---------|

| CAD | $380 | $760 | $1,140 |

| USD | $270 | $540 | $810 |

| EUR | €240 | €480 | €720 |

| CHF | CHF 225 | CHF 450 | CHF 675 |

Seats can be set from 1 to 50. The total is the unit price multiplied by the number of seats.

3.3 Currency. The displayed currency is derived from your country: CAD in Canada, USD in the United States, CHF in Switzerland, EUR in the euro zone, USD everywhere else. You can change the currency on the pricing page before confirming. Once the subscription is confirmed, the currency is the one of your billing cycle.

3.4 Seat adjustments. A seat added during a cycle is billed pro rata for the remaining period; a removed seat takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

3.5 Billing and taxes. Billing is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as merchant of record: Paddle collects the payment, applies applicable taxes and issues the invoice. GoContrôle adds no additional service fee.

3.6 Third-party services billed separately. Your booking calendar (Cal.com) and your chat (Chatwoot) are provided by their own vendors at their own rates if you exceed the free tiers included.

3.7 No hidden fees. The price shown on the pricing page is the total amount GoContrôle bills for the selected number of seats.

4. Access and setup

Access opens once payment is confirmed and the account is created. Setup consists of creating the account, choosing the number of seats and importing contacts; no server or local installation is required on your side.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund and partial-refund terms are set out in the refund policy (/refund), which forms an integral part of these terms.

6. Subscriber obligations

7. Availability and maintenance

We aim for continuous service availability and carry out maintenance as our operations require. Scheduled interruptions are not announced in advance on the contact page (/contact), where subscribers can obtain the information at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Publisher retains all rights in the platform, its code, design and documentation. The subscriber retains all rights in the data it stores in the service. The Publisher grants the subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to using the platform for its internal needs.

9. Confidentiality and personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy (/privacy). Data is hosted in Canada. For any personal-data question: [email protected].

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's total liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts actually paid by the subscriber in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Publisher is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, or loss of business.

Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

Any material change is notified by email to the billing address at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. The applicable version is the one dated at the top of this document.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec (Canada), excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first seek to settle any dispute amicably. Failing agreement, the competent courts of Quebec have exclusive jurisdiction.
